Fix Problems Before Anyone Calls

When a user calls to say something is broken, the day is already disrupted. ExaGuards RMM watches every managed computer continuously, so your team sees low disk space, stopped services, failing hardware and pending reboots before they become outages.

When something does need attention, you rarely need a site visit. Run a tested diagnostic, apply a repair, schedule a script, manage a server role or open a remote session, all from the same device page.

And because RMM shares its agent with ExaGuards EDR, Uptime Monitor and Insights, one installation on each computer powers every product line you use.

DEVICE MONITORING

One Page With Everything About A Computer

Every computer has one page, organised into searchable sections, so technicians can diagnose most issues without leaving their desk.

  • Overview: Quick Actions, Summary, User Activity, Activity Insights, AI Usage, Live View
  • Device record: Connection Ports, Hardware Inventory, Warranty, Notes, Credentials, Support Tickets
  • Monitoring: Performance, Windows Info, Processes, Storages, Printers, Antiviruses, Softwares, Firewall, Connected Devices, Services, Sessions, GPOs
  • Also: Windows Event Log Monitor, Uptime Monitors, Automation and every server role found on the machine
YOU DECIDE WHAT IS COLLECTED

Per-Computer Monitoring And Remote Switches

Every computer has its own switches, and the agent enforces them: a monitor that is off sends no queries and no data, and a remote feature that is off is refused.

FeatureDetails
12 monitoring featuresProcesses, Windows Info, Storages, Services, Sessions, Group Policy, Performance, Installed Software, Firewall, Antivirus, Connected Devices and Printers, each with All on / All off and per-device collection intervals for the heavier ones.
8 remote switchesScreen View, Keyboard & Mouse Control, PowerShell, File Transfer, Clipboard, Quick Launch, Restart & Shut Down, and Queued Tasks.
Agent timersHeartbeat, server read, task polling and update checks, adjustable per computer within safe minimums.
Bulk changesChange monitoring features, event monitors and remote tools for many computers at once from the Agents grid.
QUICK COMMANDS

304 Tested Commands In 15 Groups

Stop rewriting the same scripts. Search across every group, run in one click, and keep each result in the device history. Commands are marked Safe, Caution (asks first) or Danger (also needs an "I understand" tick), and the agent re-checks every value you type against its own whitelist.

IN PRACTICE

What Teams Use ExaGuards RMM For

MONDAY MORNING

"The internet is slow"

Run Connectivity check and Internet speed test from the device page, compare with the client's other computers and fix the DNS settings remotely.

PATCH TUESDAY

Updates that will not install

Run Windows Update history, then Reset Windows Update and a DISM repair from Repairs & fixes, without visiting the site.

SERVER ROOM

A user is locked out

Open the domain controller's Roles section, unlock the user and check recent lockouts, all without an RDP session.

EVERY NIGHT

Routine maintenance

A scheduled job clears temp files and checks disk health on every client's servers, keeping only the failures in history.

ON SITE

A new laptop for a new hire

Check hardware, warranty and Windows licence, then confirm BitLocker and TPM status from the device page.

BEFORE A RENEWAL

Fleet planning

Use the hardware and OS reports to show the client which machines are ageing and which licences expire soon.

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us during a demo.

Which computers does the agent support?

Windows computers and Windows servers. The agent runs as a background service with a tray icon.

Can I control what the agent collects?

Yes. Each of the 12 monitoring features and 8 remote features can be switched per computer, and the agent enforces it.

Are quick commands safe to run?

Each command is marked Safe, Caution or Danger. Caution commands ask first, Danger commands need an extra confirmation, and the agent re-checks every value against its own whitelist.

Can I run my own scripts?

Yes. Keep them in the Scripts Library, run them on demand on up to 500 agents, or schedule them, and review every result in Jobs History.

Can I manage servers without RDP?

Yes. Roles & Features adds sections for Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, file and print services and more, with 588 operations.

Are remote sessions recorded?

Remote sessions can be recorded (on by default), and recent sessions are kept in the device history.

How is the agent updated?

Automatically, with signed releases, staged rollouts and automatic rollback if a new version does not report healthy.

How do I deploy the agent?

By Group Policy, Intune or SCCM, your current RMM, a network push or a one-line command. See the Deployment page.
