Every Password, Procedure And Diagram, In One Secure Place
An encrypted credentials vault with 20 field types and live authenticator codes, one-time secret links, a knowledge base, rack designs and network diagrams, organised by client and protected by permissions and access logs.
Stop Searching For Passwords And Notes
Technicians lose hours looking for the right password, the right diagram or the note about a client's unusual setup. When that knowledge lives in spreadsheets, inboxes and people's heads, every call takes longer and every departure is a risk.
ExaGuards Docs keeps it all in one place, organised by client, linked to the tickets, devices and products it relates to, and protected by permissions and a detailed access log.
Your Clients' Passwords, Properly Protected
Each credential holds as many fields as it needs, each with its own label, and secrets are sealed with your company key.
- Visibility by position, or everyone when no positions are set
- Organised by category, client group, location and employee
- Linked to knowledge base articles, tickets, products, assets, devices and files
- Expiry notifications through notification triggers
- QR import: scan an authenticator QR code in the mobile app

Know Who Saw What
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Access log | When, who, what, which field and from where, for every credential: opened, revealed, copied, code generated, refused, stored, changed, created or deleted. |
| Authenticator codes | Paste the setup key or the full otpauth link; the secret is sealed and never shown again. Only the current 6-digit code is shown, with its countdown, and every code generated is logged. |
| Copy, not reveal | Copy a secret without displaying it; both actions are recorded separately. |
| Refusals | Attempts to open a secret without permission are recorded too. |

Who can see stored credentials?
Visibility is set by position. Every open, reveal, copy and code generated is recorded in the access log.
Can we store two-factor codes?
Yes. Authenticator Code fields keep the secret sealed on the server and show only the current 6-digit code.
Is there a password tag in notifications?
No. Notification tags can show a credential's name and expiry date, never a password.
How do one-time secrets work?
Create a secret with a view limit and expiry, send the link, and it burns after it is viewed.
Can we document racks and networks?
Yes, with the rack designer (2D, 3D and list views, Excel and PDF export) and network diagrams per location.
